Managing Partner and Wits graduate, Siân Dennis is a registered HR Professional with the South African Board of Personnel Practice (SABPP), and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoDSA).

She has extensive experience in Management Consulting across all sectors of national, provincial, and municipal government, listed entities and NPOs.

Siân previously held the position of HR Director for Times Newspapers (then a division of Times Media Limited-now owned by Arena Holdings).

She specialises in strategic planning, organisational design, change management and Human Resources Development Consulting.

Siân has overseen project interventions for over 50 organisations since the inception of Litha-Lethu Management Solutions.

Justice Makhado is a Law graduate and a veteran Organisational Design Practitioner.

He has over 17 years experience within both national and municipal government, as well as in the SoE space.

Justice boasts additional qualifications in OD, Labour Relations and Labour Legislation.

He has a keen interest and expertise in Diversity Management, Gender Mainstreaming, Employment Equity, Talent Management and Leadership development within the context of strategic transformation and turnaround initiatives.

Tumisa is a driven, well-qualified and versatile professional with an extensive background in the organisational development and human capital management fields encompassing business process analysis, design and improvement; skills and competency training; change management; competency assessments; skills audits and project management.

Servant-hearted with a passion for development and upliftment be it in organisations, individuals or communities; Tumisa has successfully managed complex, challenging projects across many different industries – including engineering, municipalities, government departments, parastatals and Section 3A entities for over two decades.

She holds an MBA from the University of West London and an Honours’ degree in Psychology from the University of the Transkei.
