Siân Dennis
Managing Partner
Siân Dennis holds a degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, a CPIR from its graduate school, is a registered HR Professional with the South African Board of Personnel Practice (SABPP) and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoDSA).
She has extensive experience in Management Consulting across all sectors of national, provincial, and municipal government, section 3 A entities, and the private sector.
Before opening Litha-Lethu Management Solutions in 2000, Siân held the position of HR Director for Times Newspapers, a division of Times Media Limited.
She specialises in strategic planning, organisational design, change management and Human Resources Development Consulting.
Siân has overseen project interventions for over 70 organisations since the inception of the organisation.
Justice Makhado
Partner
Accomplished author and speaker, Justice Makhado is a Law graduate and a veteran Organisational Design Practitioner.
He has over 20 years’ experience within both national and municipal government, as well as in the State-Owned Enterprise (SoE) space.
Justice boasts additional qualifications in Organisational Design (OD), Labour Relations and Labour Legislation.
He has a keen interest and expertise in Diversity Management, Gender Mainstreaming, Employment Equity, Talent Management and Leadership development within the context of strategic transformation and turnaround initiatives.
Shandukani Mukwevho
Partner
Shandukani Mukwevho joined Litha-Lethu Management Solutions in 2019 as an Office Administrator and now manages the Shadowmatch and Candidate Verification projects, our Financial and administrative portfolios and POPIA compliance.
She holds a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and is about to embark upon her degree studies in Finance. Shandukani is acknowledged by our clients as a dedicated professional, upon whom they can always rely to deliver quality assignments.
