The flexibility and autonomy occasioned by the decision to position our core Johannesburg-based team virtually has allowed us to welcome former employee and associate Organisational Design (OD) Specialist, Shanitha Naidoo, back into the fold on a permanent basis.

Shanitha first worked with us in 2013 as a Psychometrist and Project Co-Ordinator. Since then, she has acquired a wealth of experience in both the corporate world and consulting space across a broad spectrum of transformation initiatives and elements including:
